CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR SOLID GOLD AND SILVER.

As these are soft metals, solid gold & silver can be susceptible to bumps, scrapes & scratches. Be mindful whilst wearing & always remove when playing sport. 

Remove your jewellery before you sleep. This can damage, misshape & break your jewellery.

Remove your jewellery before getting in a pool or spa as exposure to chlorine will weaken the structure & eventually lead to it tarnishing & breaking. 

Household cleaning products with acids or abrasives will damage your jewellery's finish. We recommend using rubber gloves or removing your jewellery whilst cleaning. 

Put your jewellery on last when getting ready as make up, perfume, hairspray & lotions can damage the appearance of your gold & silver. 

Don't wear jewellery in the bath or shower as a build up of products will leave a soapy residue & dull/tarnish your gold over time.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS.

To ensure your gold jewellery continues to glimmer we recommend regular cleaning.

Add 1-2 drops of our jewellery cleaning solution or a mild washing up liquid into a bowl of lukewarm water & soak your gold jewellery for 15-30 minutes. 

Don’t use hot or boiling water, especially if your jewellery contains fragile precious stones. 

Equally, don’t use freezing cold water because any dirt will become harder & more tricky to remove.

After soaking, gently scrub with our soft bristle brush to get to any hidden dirt & grease. Rinse each item in warm running water to remove any remaining dirt or solution. 

Lightly pat dry & rest the jewellery on a towel to air dry completely before wearing.

For a little extra shine, gently buff your dry jewellery with our microfibre cloth.
