Returns & Exchanges

For reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange earrings unless faulty. An exchange will be offered in the event of a faulty item.

We will only refund postage if the item is faulty.

For return or exchange, there is a 14 day period. All items must be returned with full packaging and labels. We may refuse returns where this is not the case. Returns are sent back at your own cost unless the item is faulty or there was a mistake on our part.

Please ensure you return items in their original packaging with all labels present.

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us on hello@nmrkjewellery.com ahead of returning the item where we can discuss this further.

VINTAGE AND ANTIQUE

NMRK Jewellery is not responsible for jewellery beyond a 7 day exchange period. If you encounter any issues, require repairs, or maintenance, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you, though any associated costs will be your responsibility. Given the nature of Vintage & Antique Jewellery and their age and material, extra care and consideration must be taken when being worn. Therefore these pieces do not come with guarantees beyond the point of sale. I strive to source pieces for enduring wear and transparently communicate any defects in the listings. Each solid item undergoes a thorough check for gold content, authenticity, durability and standard cleaning and polishing. The accompanying photographs contribute to the items description, so please do look through them carefully. Any questions, please do get in touch.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
Unfortunately, once you have placed an order we are unable to change or amend it as it will have already gone through to our warehouse for processing.
